Shipping, Changes, and Cancellations

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please complete our Contact Us Form and select the option “I’d like to cancel my order.” Be sure to include your order number, as we cannot process cancellations without it.

Important Note: Because BrillianceBling processes orders very quickly to ensure timely delivery, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may still return the item(s) for a full refund once your package arrives.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, fill out the Contact Us Form and select “I’d like to change my address.” Please include both your order number and your correct shipping address.

Important Note: While we will do our very best to make the change before your order ships, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be processed in time. If the order has already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Order Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot edit orders once they are placed. If you need to add, remove, or change an item, we will cancel your order so that you can place a new one with the correct items. Additionally, multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment.

Promo Codes: If you forgot to apply a valid promo code at checkout, don’t worry—we are happy to issue a refund or store credit equal to the discount value. Simply provide the discount code in your initial request.


Price Adjustments

To maintain fairness for all customers, BrillianceBling does not offer price adjustments after an item has been purchased. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure you receive the best available promotion at the time of purchase.

Shipping Protection Policy

How does Shipping Protection apply to my order?

At checkout, customers are automatically opted into Shipping Protection for added peace of mind. You will see the option clearly displayed during the final step of checkout, where you may choose to keep or opt out of this service. The decision is entirely yours, but we recommend keeping Shipping Protection for maximum security.


How are Shipping Protection costs determined?

The cost of Shipping Protection is calculated based on the total value of your order. This ensures that your package receives the appropriate level of coverage, whether your purchase is small or significant.


What does Shipping Protection cover?

With Shipping Protection included, your order is safeguarded against:

  • Loss of packages during transit.
  • Theft immediately after delivery.
  • Damage incurred during shipment, regardless of carrier.

If an item is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be eligible for either a refund or a replacement (subject to product availability).


What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you encounter any of these issues, simply contact our Customer Service team using the Contact Form on our website. Please follow the timeline below when submitting your request:

  • Delivered but missing (theft): File a claim between 4 to 30 days after the package is marked as delivered.
  • Presumed lost (not delivered): File a claim between 7 to 30 days (domestic orders) or 20 to 30 days (international orders) from the last tracking update.

Can I get a refund for Shipping Protection if I return my order?

No. Once your order has shipped, the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable, even if you later decide to return your items.

  • The resolution of claims involving Shipping Protection rests solely at the discretion of BrillianceBling.
  • Our Customer Service team aims to respond within 48 hours, though resolution timelines may vary.
  • In specific cases, BrillianceBling may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier on your behalf to ensure a faster resolution.
