In 2013, BrillianceBling was launched with a simple yet powerful vision: to share unique, meaningful, and beautifully crafted jewelry with the world while empowering independent designers. Today, our mission remains unchanged—to be the destination where jewelry lovers can discover some of the most talented emerging creators from across the globe.
We are proud to highlight that 92% of the brands we feature are women-founded or women-owned, and more than 70% of them are small businesses with five or fewer employees. Supporting women, creativity, and entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of what we do.
Not only are the designers we collaborate with women-led, but BrillianceBling itself is women founded and women run. Our growing team now includes 20+ dedicated members who manage everything in-house—from product photography and design curation to order fulfillment and customer service. This approach allows us to maintain a personal connection with our customers and ensure every detail is handled with care.
